Looks like the example pair in the snow are mounted a little forward towards centre to the "recommended" mark? I just got a pair but am unsure about where to mount. I mostly ski groomers and park, and in the park spend a lot more time on rails to jumps. But these are also my only ski, so when it snows I'll be in the pow too. Until now, I've been skiing fully symmetrical Line Anthems, dead centre, but opted for these as I'm skiing more all over the mountain than I used to.

yo ! those were actually my personal skis, the both of them. I mount my skis dead center. Maybe it looked like that because we stuck into the snow a bit so they can stand like that for the video :) Center works very well especially once the skis wear in. You could always go -1 if that helps you in terms of confidence if you dont want them dead center.
