Thanks. I just tweak everything to the sound I have in my head. I'm not fussed about modelling accuracy or anything like that. That's all superfluous to me. If it sounds good, it sounds good. If it sounds shite, I ditch it. Fast. The M13 is now an 'old' machine but it offers a lot in my opinion. I like it. And they're so cheap! :)

***** I own one and love it to bits, although the drives sound a bit fizzy to my ears. The delays, reverbs and (most of the) modulations are pretty freaking good though. Plus it has a nice looper which is always fun.

Never looked at Line 6 seriously. Torn between the like of this, the L6 500 & the Boss GT 100. This sounds quite good & I am not used to that from Line 6.

Haha. Thanks! Not sure it's true, though... The Rewah is pricey, yes. Built like a tank and minimum fuss, though. Four jumpers inside to tailor your sound and all the combos I've tried sound great. I go for their favourite combo which is what you hear here. And it's purple. I love purple.

My two big complaints is when using it with heavy distorted amp. The wah effect is almost not noticable. And no matter how I set the dib switches the sweep seems very narrow. Kinda hard to explain but think of the wah as 1 to 10 for the sweep. 1-3 nothing really noticable 4--7 the wah sweeps. 8-10 nothing really noticable again. I don't think it's the pot because for clean sounds the wah is very noticable. So maybe better for clean to moderate gain? Or maybe I need to use an eq to pull the wah into the mix bit better? Overall I wasn't impressed especially for the price. But this demo sounds pretty nice.

That would be like using a wah before a very heavy distortion. Usually the sweep of the wah won't feel very broad. Depends on the wah and the type of dist.

DerEchteBold Yeah in the old days he would play barefooted most of the time. In later years before he died he almost always had red sketchers (sp?) or Van's on.
