You should have gone with a Ford Chassis. There are only two Mercedes Dealers in my State and both are 3.5 hours away. There was a Class B with the Mercedes Chassis that down in my town and it had to be towed to a dealer.

Looks like you jumped the gun again on the video! Hope you have gotten the factory installation proper if you are using Schwintek slides. It took well over a year to have ours repaired properly in our 2022 Imagine. Selling dealer's repair shops really need to have their training upgraded. After 4 unsuccessful attempts at dealer repair shop, it took a independent repair shop to determine the actual problem (improper installation during manufacturing), and repair it properly.

I sure hope the quality is better than my transcend was. Quality control from the start and clean things up a little bit. The build quality on my trailer was a disaster. Ended up getting rid of it I got tired of the hassles. I wish you all the best with this new endeavor

We like our 2022 Reflection 33RLS 5th wheel, we did have a few minor issues with it that my selling dealership couldn’t figure out, one of the recliners, the seat wouldn’t heat, the flame on the middle burner of the stove flutters and the wand on the curtain in back of the stove was hard to turn. Minor right? The service department couldn’t figure out how to fix any of these issues I think they had around 8 hours of labor down on the paperwork they gave me. Long long story short, after 10 days there I went over there and showed them how to fix the curtain, they put a new stovetop in but the middle burner in that one does the same thing, now the middle burner doesn’t even work, the wire underneath the seat was not plugged in, sorry for going on so long about this, my point is GD should concentrate more on improving their service department instead of introducing a new line of motor home or whatever it is.

Keep doing what you do well (take a lesson from Tiffin and their 5th wheels) and stick to improving what you already make. Shelled out $120K for a Solitude 5th wheel and while it's a beauty there are still several QC and fit and finish issues that should have NEVER left the plant.

Glad I sold my Reflection 5th wheel last month when the warranty ran out. They literally admitted they had a design flaw for the heavy refrigerator on the slide. Also admitted 2 clips on each side of refrigerator would not hold it in traveling.

@@TJ-8 yea I have a 2017 reflection 5th wheel. Had a $5000 fix for a known design flaw with the kitchen slide...GD basically told me to go pound sand and it was my problem. I used to have respect for GD but after my last engagement with GD, I despise them. I will NEVER buy another GD...they are garbage and they treat customers like garbage.

Mercedes chassis? Worst mistake you can make. Super unreliable and expensive to repair. Expect to drive this most of the time in LIMP mode. Top speed 35 mph.

I paid way too much for a RV that has to be re-plumbed at 3 years old, because GD wanted to save money and assemble it quick and easy. There is no excuse for cutting corners to turn a quick profit. Maybe you should preach morality to GD and then they might do what is best for their customers, instead of their investors.

Tried that and got not resolution to previous warranty issues. Drawer under TV comes out onto the floor driving down the highway. Hasn’t Grand Design heard of magnetic latches or something? Blue lights under bedroom slide were fixed( not,really) 3 times. Short happens off and on with the slide out extension. A conduit would probably solve the problem. Does Grand Design need engineering help?

Ugh, we don't need another overpriced Mercedes Sprinter van based class B with marginal room. All of these chassis/coaches are way too overpriced for what they offer, and a simple Ford Class C probably would have netted you guys more sales and a higher profit margin. After recently purchasing a 3100RD, I'd say you guys need to live up to your name on quality and a true PDI before it leaves your factory, as ours needed nearly 8 hours of labor to fix issues at the dealership before we could even pick it up...
