Lines In Nordlingen, Germany

Hello Olever, Thanks for the comment. I try to get to Nordlingen whenever I am in Germany. I was stationed in Nuernberg in the early 1960's and got to Nordlingen frequently for three years. The city looks different today, of course, but it is still one of the most beautiful in Germany to me. All cities have beautiful "lines" in areas, but Nordlingen has more that I like than any other walled city in Europe. Thanks again, Don

This city is one of the best kept secrets of Germany. Whenever I tell other Germans that I'm from Noerdlingen, I usually get a blank stare. Maybe it's better that way. Allows me to enjoy a visit without the hordes of tourists.

Don Scott hat Recht. Ich finde keine schönere Stadt in Deutschland. Nördlingen ist noch echt, nicht durch zu viel Tourismus verunstaltet.
