You can buy those turkey wings in the Farmers Market, Walmart, Publix, Kroger, etc. All you need is the seasoning that they use in Nigeria to season the meat and cook it, it's simple to make.

Those are Turkey Wings…popular part of the whole turkey in Nigeria. I also had that issue…till I discovered other Juicy turkey parts. In Nigeria you can get a Carton of Turkey wings alone cos maybe they are cheaper
