Yes! I would say make a colombian friend :) maybe through a FB group or even Tinder.. There are many people out willing to do language exchange. Also maybe look for a fb group something like "colombians in + your city/country" Gracias por ver nuestro video!

I'd recommend to stay in a hostel to meet people. Then go to a party at night. Take a tour during the day - I would do Isla Barú. Also, walk around the city and if you like History, visit El Castillo de San Felipe or El Palacio de la Inquisición. Hope this helps!
