Question is.. how can we decide where and for what keyword we have to use do follow or no follow likewise. At the same time, as to maintain the ratio, do we have to leave many links on a single blog website..

Thank you for the appreciation. To answer your question, try to target the main keywords in your blog as follow links that are associated to a page you want to create a link for. To maintain the ratio, keep it natural. Don't try to create links to the same pages multiple times.
