Jayden W for the story yes it would have been funny, but seriously he was doing a 3 point turn in the exit and almost hit someone. When they drove around him he honked at them, they didn't do anything wrong they were just trying to get out. Link should not have honked at him. For the guy to come back and be angry about it is an overreaction in itself, all Link had to do was apologise that he almost reversed into him and explain he was just trying to get to a pump. All in all they both didn't handle it well.

I almost can't believe Link's story because that sounds so unlike him. Although I guess in certain situations anyone can get a little heated.

Link definitely seems like he can have a temper on him sometimes. Like that time Rhett was insulted on his hair ("Hey, why don't you try spiking your hair up a little more") Rhett said nothing and Link said something like "Man if that were me I'd have gotten in his face" I could find the episode for you if you don't recall, it's one of the older ones I believe...

+Buzz The Buzzard He didn't get her to do anything, she was just excited as him. Yeah, it Probaly has to do with the stereotype link gets because he's always next to Rhett, who claims to be the "manly" guy, and link is the "nerdy" one. It's usually those nerdy guys who have an anger

When Rhett said "dudes like that can end up shooting you, man" at 16:30, it really got me thinking. Like is it an actual possibility in the US to be shot for something like this? I know that the gun laws aren't that strict but if gun-nuts like that exist I'd be scared to live in the States. Where I live, I don't think that even 2,000 people own handguns.
@MsJondde9 жыл бұрын
That is if you don't count the police (neither do they own the weapons but they have a permit for using one).
@NightTheKittenn9 жыл бұрын
Jondde--Mr Oh yeah, its entirely possible.
@morbidminister66699 жыл бұрын
It's not gun nuts who will shoot you. It's just nuts people who get a hold of guns. And yes people do get shot for traffic related issues all the time. I mentioned in a comment I left that I carry a gun every day, and I'm legally able to. But I am in no way "nuts". When becoming certified to carry a firearm you learn the importance of doing what ever possible to peacefully resolve a situation. No responsible gun owner would react the way this Guy did, but on the flip side no sane person that carries a firearm would have acted the way link acted either.

The final exchange between them in this episode is hilarious. Link comes up with that hypothetical situation, and then Rhett immediately discredit's Link's plan with only four words.

I always think of my Dad's advice when it comes to crazy people in cars. He always said, "You don't know what has happened in that person's day." He could have just caught his old lady an affair and now he's heading home with a gun, for all you know. Better to defuse the situation and let them get on with their craziness.

Blowing his head off doesn't show a lot of self control or respect either. I carry too but people smell the opportunity to misbehave like that. Link doesn't use the best judgement either.

Children, here are the morals of the story: 1. Always look behind you when backing up your vehicle. 2. Never use your horn simply because you are irritated with another driver. Only use a short tap on the horn when say, someone is backing up into you. 3. Never just lay on the horn for an extended period of time. It tends to aggravate fellow drivers. 4. Don't take driving lessons from Link. :)
@3triplezero09 жыл бұрын
Kelly U. 5. Don't go cussing and bat***t on a slightly irresponsible driver who doesn't seem harmful.

ngl i do empathize with the guy, but i also understand link’s response with the horn. it was excessive sure but sometimes in the moment you don’t think, you just react when you’re feeling a combination of emotions!
