hey Stamps! I don't know if you did it already (I jumped ahead a few videos to comment this after seeing you mention this), but its about the big storm above the Faron Jungle. The story eventually guides you towards it, and going there initiates a part of the story that you would rather see after you finish the 4 regional phenomena!

The big wheels go faster on smaller vehicles so a good strategy for a quick car would just be to spawn in a cart, put 4 big wheels on each of the corners and a rocket on the back.

A tip for the house building: Sadly there are no windows, but you could use the horse stables as a sort of makeshift-patio area to make it feel more open since the room comes with fences anyway.

About the vehicle thing, I used a hoverbike and it worked pretty well. Just an angled fan at the front and back of a steering stick is quite useful
