Emily has had to read she ‘isn’t Linkin Park’ for two months knowing that this chorus was going to be the first thing we hear that she came up with, and I just hope she laughed off every hater. I was glad to see that you were behind this from the start and it will always make me laugh that others actually thought Mike was going to hand his life’s work to someone unable to do it justice.

She was part of the writing process for most of the songs in this album, Mike touched on it during their podcast, but yeah Mike kept hyping up Casualty, and saying Emily came up with the chorus for this song, they're really proud of this song and Mike wanted to make sure everyone knew who came up with the chorus for one of the heaviest songs they've made.

@@nikahaziny true, yeah it was more so that in that podcast he hyped up Emily for just letting loose in this one. Just knowing that she’s comfortable enough to go for anything is immediately comforting as a fan, although having watched soo much of her live stuff with Dead Sara the past 2 months I had zero doubts about her ability and confidence. Love that she immediately brought it to LP.
