He was in a hurry, otherwise he'd give them more time. Especially over time he started spending more time with fans when he could, he would talk to them, etc. He's really kind to his fans, check more fan meets. Of course, when there's hundred people waiting, or when he has to hurry, it may feel a bit rushed, but if he can, he goes and talks to each fan atleast for a moment, signs what they ask, takes a picture. He did say thank you when leaving, and even came back to sign one more. Also, if you didn't notice, he walked away in the direction he came from, which means he didn't just walk by the fans and stopped by just so it doesn't look bad, he went to them intentionally because he wanted to meet them, if he didn't want to, he could have avoided being seen by that group of fans altogether. I guess that itself shows he does care
