I'm not saying I have anything close to facial blindness the way some people are, but there's just a lot of people out there who look like slight variations of each other and you can never really be sure you're looking at the actual person or just a doppleganger if there's no context. If I saw Mike Shinoda walk out on stage at a concert, I'd know exactly who I'm looking at, but if I'm looking at a vaguely half-Asian guy at a video game premiere, I wouldn't expect it to be one of the two most memorable members of a major band I listened to during my teenage years as a millennial even though I've seen his face several hundred times a half a lifetime ago.

"Mike Shinoda is humble and doesn’t care about being in the spotlight because, even before Linkin Park was formed, he was already making music and working hard on solo projects. What I mean is that Shinoda did everything out of love for music, out of love for the band, and not just for the money. That’s why he’s humble and not arrogant, even though Linkin Park is a global powerhouse."

That was so hilarious! I've seen it before, but I can't ever not take the chance to see it again. Mike is so natural and perfect here. Also, what's funny is that after he left the stage, when she finally moves from the center, you can see him and Anna behind her taking photos or video. Can't be sure if he's pointing his camera at her or not, but almost looks like it. Just epic!

You do not meet higher level legend than that! It is not possible. It is incredible how humble Mike is in any and every even this awkward situation. Damn let your kids listen and watch Linkin Park! They should know legends!

gotta thank ovilee and the 2 other hosts for kickstarting his popularity and making Riot aware of him

@@ClaustroPasta Do you think ovilee feels better about the interview now that Mike is a literal star in the League universe as well?
@MaibuwolfАй бұрын
@@ClaustroPasta Had nothing to do with ovilee making riot aware of him. Mike has actual friends that work for right. They worked on arcane. That is the entire reason he was at that event. His friends knew was an artist and like animation so they invited to come check out what they had been working on. His friendship with those people is how LP and riot ended up doing a worlds anthem together. Ovilee had nothing to do with it.

Protect Ovilee by any cost, she seems like such a light honestly. She just with no shame just did random absurd dancing in front of a guy who did LINKIN PARK with no shame before she even realized. I only saw a clip of this when it first came out but finally seeing the full thing, man I just love this. Such a fun video.
