Emily singing My December is so beautiful and melancholic at the same time. You can tell she feels the emotion of the song in herself as well.

gosh... we have to thank her for bringing Linkin Park back on stage I mean she gave this opportunity and hope for Mike and the rest of the band and I really happy (and too emotional) to see them back on stage

Ladies and gentlemen have you met our drummer Colin? Yeah hes the one playing the acoustic guitar and singing backing vocals..... Talented bastard As for Emily's performance in this song on every night they've played it.... Absolutely incredible, Regardless of the crap that's thrown at her, she was born to sing this song live.

It feels so weird not seeing chester on stage... like this is the first time i actually accept hes gone. Like hes trully gone and it sucks. I still remember the first time discovering lp in 5th grade and it felt like a place I belonged and a year later he was just gone like that.. 😢 miss you Chester. Thank you for changing my life and giving me a reason to stay.

But singers without his problems, great musicians and singers without Chester's pain, deserve the same respect and passion. Linkin Park is still Linkin Park. When a group member dies, the group lives on. There can be new group members. Think about it. There is a future with those who are alive.

How do I not know this song. Google says it is off Hybrid Theory. An album I know very well and Spotify Canada confirms it is not on that Album. Yet everyone in the crowd seems to know it. Is there another version that maybe I am not aware of? Well done Emily. Beautiful.

I had Hybrid Theory back when it came out and don't remember knowing of this song until Reanimation was released. They're both great, but I honestly love how it was done on Reanimation.
