At the time Channel U seemed fake, it was impossible this was a national station. Putting faces to the actual scene being from outside London was mad. Seeing Crazy T in that Y-3 tracksuit gassed me (never found it to buy it, pissed). The rise of N Dubz was amazing, for me one of the best groups the UK has ever produced. Went to see Klashnekoff and Terra Firma on the strength of the murdah video. Moorish Delta 7 as well. It Introduced me to one of favourite artists, Akala. It was an integral part of the foundation to everything the scene is now, the sound and visuals to being young, hood n British. Important and awesome work. Shout out the Link Up team for being a pillar and carrying the torch for the scene.

Loved this documentary. Channel U changed the game and created several industries that thrived off it and it brought the growth of many young ghetto entrepreneurs in the entertainment industry.
