I'm not a fan of gambling for items in the shop. It doesn't feel like a true randomizer when you can simply farm rupees and buy key items. A better approach would be to reveal the map region where the item is located instead.

Based on watching this video, I'd say that buying things is kind of a bait. Linkus spent so much money on the option with the best chance of giving a specific item, and he still had to do three dungeons just to increase the odds further. It doesn't seem like a good return on investment.

Hmmmm, if I can be honest I wasn't really a huge fan of the whole thing of just selling tons of drops and equipment to gamble on the randomizer shop - I feel like the randomizer shop should have been used as a way to get something when you exhausted all other options and couldn't find it without literally scraping every inch of the map, not a shortcut to just skip doing stuff you didn't wanna do. Especially considering it was used to get something that was GUARANTEED to drop from at least one of the dungeons.

It's funny that on my first playthrough of TotK, the "Feathered Fugitives" quest was actually the last sidequest I completed. Like, after over 300 hours it just never occurred to me to go back to that one stable and talk to one of the cooks we had helped.

Fun fact There's meant to be a sort of protection begins to getting one shot, and it leaves you at one quarter of a heart so that malduga, that did the spin attack, probably either bypassed that, or it did multiple hits in one attack
