What loot table are you reading? All existing sources for Minecraft loot tables show that no chest in the game generates more than 7 obsidian and yet this runner finds 10. Your second point I have no issue with. Your third point, whilst the house itself is legit, the villager inside it is definitely not.

One of the chests in vine seed (for 1.16.5 SSG) has 11 obsidian blocks. However I do believe I've heard it was something that was further nerfed/corrected, altho I don't know much about the details. This is one kind of problem where providing the seed just makes it easier to solve

You are actually wrong about a bunch. 1 I have spawned about 300 blocks away from a mansion. And on the same seed the mansion has a secret room with obsidian. In the middle of the obsidian is a diamond block but that's not obsidian in a chest. There was a ruined portal beside the mansion though. Dont remember if it had obsidian in it
