I think it's mostly ironic how many of these guys go out to stage fake luck when some of them have very real luck. The one with the bastion inside of a warped forest??? The end portal that was corrupted by whatever that deep dark stuff is??? 18:55 the bow likely had infinity on it. Infinity on a bow makes it to where it would only need one arrow to be able to shoot because the arrow won’t be used up upon shooting it. The bow is clearly enchanted and unless you know otherwise what the enchantments were, I’d assume infinity is on it.

I know all of these faked runs are pretty egregious, but somehow the most egregious one of all is the Woodland Mansion one because world gen is hard-coded so that Woodland Mansions cannot generate within a certain distance of your spawn point. Like there's impossible loot generation and fucking - blaze dungeon - but that's the worst on for me for some reason.

Fun fact: if the runner with 10 eggs was doing a pretty fast speedrun, it’s worth noting that chickens can only begin dropping eggs 5 minutes after world generation. It’s why the fastest TAS of all advancements MUST be longer than 5 minutes due to needing a cake

I had the perfect world to speed run on once. I spawned a couple hundred blocks from a village with a lava pool. I later found out the stronghold was also directly under the village. Since then I’ve never had a stronghold spawn that close to spawn

peaceful difficulty doesn't stop piglins from spawning, it just makes them passive instead of neutral. Also, there's no limit to how many eyes of ender an end portal can spawn with, in fact, there is a very minor chance of an end portal naturally spawning with all 12 eyes in.

Going through a portal into the nether then going back through that portal to the overworld only to end up at a completely different portal is actually quite possible, and quite annoying as well. I think it has something to do with the initial corresponding location being buried in a mountain of netherrack so the actual portal ends up being far enough away that the nether portal creates a new one in the overworld when you go back. It happened to me on three separate occasions, all on the same world, but I’d never call it helpful, first time the new portal spawned me deep underground, second time spawned me somewhere in the woods, and the last time I was making it in a mountain range (there was a village) and I came back on the next mountain over. Admittedly, it was a snapshot world, so I don’t know if that had something to do with it.

At 25:20 in the video, keep watching as when the speedrunner cuts to the end portal room, it shows in the bottom left of the screen that their gamemode was set to survival by them. This hints that they were at some point out of survival mode and also means that they had 'cheats' enabled in the world settings. Obviously, you can already tell its fake from much easier evidence but I thought i would point that out as it was missed in the video.
