The obsidian platform spawns randomly in the end dimension usually in the end island or float near the end island. However it won’t spawn higher than the top surface of the island, this is so you never spawn near the top or above an obsidian pillar.

pointing another thing out, he started at his 9th hotbar when you start you start on the first hotbar slot. also the speedrunner has the bad omen effect which means he killed a pillager with a banner on top of him somewhat before the run, if you didn't see him kill a pillager before the run. finally, on 9:43, at the bottom left corner, there is like that vine looking thingy. It’s amazing how all these people will actually TAKE THE TIME AND EFFORT to be fake when they could _easily_ use all that motivation to do it the correct way. Especially the first person. Bro had the time to make a ghost pressure plate and edit out the potion widget and all those cuts, they could _easily_ do this the right way. The second guy went out of his way to plant items too. They’re lazy but not lazy at the same time. They planned all this out. They surely don’t expect to fool any seasoned/vetern Minecrafters like this guy tho, no no no! I’d bet 75$ that their target audience are just kids, people only just getting into Minecraft ( mainly this one bc they might have more of a shocked reaction since they could at least know what the basic rare stuff is and get impressed by this “luck”), and in general people who know little to nothing about the game itself
