I would like to say that there are two more optimisations you should do if you want to game on Linux Mint: I would also enable gamemode and I would also increase the default vm.max_map_count value

Whenever I install a new OS I always disconnect all hard drives except the one I'm installing on. I'm paranoid :)

I have been wanted to test mint for a long time. But ive heard from a bird, that its complicated when it comes to the EFI. Im running rEFIned with windows and cachy. Where it needs to be boot/efi I dont think it will like the bootloader, and can make problems for me. I think the way to go about this, is to install lets say windows first. Then mint. Then add cachy os last with refined bootloader. Due that bootloader checks for other efi boots, and adept to em, and makes its own on the side. Btw, you tested out Atlas Os 4.0 yet?

hey good man . i hope u r doing well ? i thinking to get rid of my windows . what distro u can recommend to me if i wanna play world of warships with aslains mod pack installed? at the moment im checking mx kde, mint canammon, EndeavourOS and kde neon. u might have any other distro in mind . thx in advance

If you install a TkG kernel and the latest GPU drivers, you should be fine for gaming.
