Very nice and unique colors on the single lion. The style is different from the lion dances in NYC’s 3 Chinatowns: usually 2 or 4 lions, each lion is in a single color. Red envelopes are fed to the Lion during the dance by all viewers who desire luck and prosperity for the new year. Finally, as many as 4 dancers stand on each other’s shoulders to have the Lion eat a head of lettuce that’s raised high on a pole via a string attached to the lettuce, symbolizing money, wealth and fortune. Very entertaining!

There is no such thing as a Rainbow colored lion. Maybe that is what you have preferred to name it but, it is the lion-head of the great 3 Kingdom story about the 4 generals who swore brotherhood to each other as they fought a common opponent. This lion head is named after the senior general, Liu Bei. The extremely red one is named after General Kwan Kung, the black one is named after the impulsive and quick to fight General Cheung Fei. What music?? You mean the drum, gong & cymbals? If so that's part of it.
