With the amount of lions mane i eat, i should never age. Lions mane is extremely plentiful here in North Florida. 2 winters ago, i found about 20 pounds of it.

Love the video as always but useful you describe how to identify it and you didn't in this one I am registered blind and love when you describe how it looks so you make sure you are taking the right one as there is not many edible mushrooms a lot of toxics identification is key also how can you grow your own as in for instance I have got a back garden with lots of logs I could be using to grow my own and harvest at what kind of wood does it grow on can you grow it on old willow logs or pine logs etc this would be good because there is an organic shop up in Scotland who people sell this to it was £39 per kg for lion's mane ridiculous prices so I have to try and get supplement for it thanks again keep up the great work

Lions mane are highly protected in the UK as they are unfortunately quite rare, so they're actually illegal to forage as far as I know.

Recently found you two & enjoying as I do a lot of foraging too. But one thing, you need to turn your volume way up, mine is at max & I can't hear you well. You have soft voices so please turn it up so we can hear. Very disappointing, plus the music is louder than your voice 😪.
