This story reminded me of Joy Adamson and Elsa the Lioness. She wrote three books about raising Elsa and Elsa’s life in Africa. I read these books: Born Free, Living Free and Forever Free when I was a teenager. They were the beginning of my love of lions. Ethan is so very caring and he deserves to be recognized for his good deeds. He saved a lion cub then saved a little boy. He was so caring that he adopted the boy because he just couldn't see him go to the orphanage. He is a hero in so many ways. God bless him and his son and give them the happiest life ever.

I have to say I truly enjoyed this the story has everything from a child being dumped to a lion looking out for him when another lion came into the frame. We must wonder what Scout was thinking, did he remember what was done for hime when he was left alone by his mother, was it enough to nudge the memories of his being cared for by a human, did that time with a human stand in his memories, was the kindness shown to Scout enough to make him do the same for another by himself, clearly something stuck with Scout to make him do what he did and that will be something the little boy will be able to tell others when he is older and maybe when he's old enough he to can put the care of animals at the top of his CV, for he surely needs to think what he will do when the time to choose comes his way. What I do everyday when I'm out is nothing like what Ethan did but I'll keep trying to give 5 children to smile every day, something I've done for 14yrs and acheiving that means I'm still doing what I can to the best of my ability. I have 18yrs of bad memories and I can only think how proud I'd be if Ethan was a son of mine, one thinking of life for a little boy and also for a animal left by its own mother, is this why Scout did what he did, we have to wonder if the help that Ethan gave Scout was enough for him to look after a crying child.

I have. Adopted a Boy who is truly my Son in the Heart. The moment I laid eyes on him, I said, Jesus May I have him. Well he is a 6’5” tall handsome man, smart, loving, and caring. I like Ethan cared not about what might be, but that i Loved him from first sight. As far as The Lion. I love and respect them. Animal researcher and advocate i have served. i would always have a special place for the lion who is first born in the home. And the tree of us would live to tell the tale of Love.
