Cortina D'Ampezzo is one of the prettiest ,if not the most pretty spot on the Earth!!! Its landscape is truly hauntingly pretty through every time of the year !!! This villa is like a heavenly abode ! Everything in it is so wonderful and so befitting a most wonderful,tasteful living ! The prettiest lady is so sweet and tell us in a so lovely way about this dreamland house and its setting! The group of white firs by the house is so wonderful little sight too!

The property is beautiful inside and outside, but my favorite spot was the attic room, with the exposed wooden beams, and the tub, it’s like a casual, personal and relaxed space. The best part of the video is at 1:54 when there’s Stefanie speaking Italian and also the mountains on the background, dreamy.

My name is Bond, James Bond ... Super property, but why am I stuck on the -- Luxurious Chalet For Sale In The Heart Of Alta Badia -- absolutely no comparison. Thinking out loud, I can call to mind 3 maybe 4 New York property stagging companies that could really jazz up this property -- add hot contemporary furnishing, a jet hot tube and indoor/outdoor swimming pool. But then, all I have to do is cross the street, put on my skis and I have a winter wonderland. Thank you Stefanie for another fantastic presentation. See ya soon!

once in a while, not the usual chalet with hanging deer heads, barn chandeliers, , sofas that always look like Christmas and the inflated, discounted and usual Scottish fabric curtains. Thank goodness there are no tablecloths with roe deer and little children on sleds and polished copper pots hanging in the kitchen…...too often it feels like people have to make houses ugly with the presumed style of the place where they arise.
