One of the greatest options I have seen for a penthouse/apartment. So luxurious building, amenities and common areas . Very good for a person with large gatherings. Imminent distant to all the other places within the city; Tuscany vineyards and hills. My pied-a-terre in Italy. Price is some 12.5M€. I dont’t know how much the completion will take, ~5000/m2 + furniture. For sure an expensive but good investment, both financially and to a way of life if you have deep pockets.

There's a huge amount of potential there, with it nearly all being a blank canvas for the buyer to specify. In particular, the top floor main bedroom has wonderful views of the duomo If the terrace catches the sun for any significant amount of time, I'm betting you wouldn't need the sauna in the hotel downstairs! You could probably bake off of the terracotta tiles 😃 Speaking of the hotel and amenities, I think the only downside to this place would be - would you ever leave the premises?

I agree, being a blank canvas it is the perfect investment because you can truly make it to your liking! The amenities of the Hotel are a definite plus... well having such a propertyin a location like this would be a pity to not take advantage and explore as much as possible :) - Stefanie

The palazzo, being smack in the city center does not have its own parking, but there is a garage that collaborates with the palazzo if there is the necessity - Stefanie

@@Lionard I agree. I must say with so many videos I see the potential in Italian structures is fantastic. If I was 21 again, it would look so much more attractive because I did fix ups etc and lived for the experience. But these days when the body parts dont move so easily, I can take these things on. Hopefully there is a he/she reasy to jump in and do everyone of these places justice. Thanks to you for all your presentations and , brotherly love from Australia.
