Pools are personal. In addition, it's a big outlay for something you would only use for about 8 weeks of the year. A jacuzzi on the back patio would suit this climate better.

@@SabineSabineP Thank you, Sabine. I have no idea how much the vineyard would sell for. We don't want to break up the farm in the sale. However, the vineyard is on a separate title deed with about 6 hectares, so that's a plus. There is a verbal permission from our council to build a pool which our surveyor asked for.

Big mistake turning your camera to portrait mode. That ruined the video completely. I don't want to look at a million Euro property through a narrow tube. For a relatively small fee, you should pay a "real" videographer to follow you around as you explain everything.
