Even though You allways need a bat signal , it seem inappropriate here. The suggestions about a helipad also falls in the same category. Perhaps a skylight window for some comfort and light for the boys in blue. An couple of extra radio antennaes for the communication with the bobbies on their patrol. As one suggested this looks like an english policestation so an english policecar with checkers and yellow bright pattern would be appropriate. I would like a blue police lantern out in front hanging from Your arch, which I must admit I also find a bit wobbily, but perhaps the lantern could replace that bit. A staircase in the structure and perhaps an open floor structure from the ground floor to the 1st floor would be a nice touch. I really liked Your builds, so much that I recommend them to a mate of mine who is really into Lego. Keep up the good work always looking forward to your next episode.

Most police station roofs are covered in disk receivers to overhear situations and to get info on the city. A helicopter would be amazing but it wouldn't fit since its right next to a railway, and the building is in a pretty packed area. I have realized there are no areas for police car storage but we can just say that its somewhere else in the city. Other than that best of luck, have fun and I can't wait to see this city completed
@polarized81503 жыл бұрын

Loving your Lego city lion! If you ever plan on making it available to the public I would certainly love to see it. I was thinking the roof of the police station could have some stair to the roof ( like the modular bank ) and then a potential bat signal/water tower/ AC unit depending on how crazy you feel.

Superb. Radio masts and the odd satellite dish need to go on the roof like a real police station. Also you could build out one of the old style blue police lanterns from the centre of that triangular arch where you’ve just dropped the upside down 1x1 roofing tile. A challenge, but with your ingenuity if anyone can do it - you can. Just a thought. AMAZING WORK THOUGH!!!
@PinkStalin3 жыл бұрын
you should definitely add an escape door in the roof, but it needs to be hidden like integrated into something like an ac unit or something. you could put the temporary cells in the top floor. it would look really cool.

It would be nice to add a square shaped helipad, maybe including orange tiles too, and a ladder/stairs behind for the officers. And maybe when you decide to add the train, you can also add a little chopper in there. I'd like to see a black/dark blue colored one with a light projector up front.

I love it so far. One thing though: too few windows. Especially the police station looks more like a prison cell then anything else. Yes, you have holding cell(s) in there but the complete lack of windows anywhere but on the fassade makes it look like a huge block of bricks. Of course putting windows on walls that are really close to the walls of other buildings next to those is pointless. But look at the walls of both of your buildings facing the railway. You can at least add some small windows there or just start adding windows excluding the ground floor. Ah, one more thing - the loose wedge as the top peace of your entrance: you can maybe use a tile of some sort to push it down and hold it into place?
@rbleisem3 жыл бұрын
I think you forgot the radio towers, not only of the fire-station, but especially the police station. Need to be able to reach their units on the move, you know. Also, how will the fire-station, dry the water-hoses after their use? So, if that corner building becomes a bank, where will you put a supermarket or so? They will need a way to get something to eat, you know. As for a hanging/monorail tram, if only you had a river to hang it above, your routes are not really shaped right for it, except one. And then you have a support pylon problem. Well, till the next clip.
