Nice nod to the postwar version to have a digital version of the old air whistle, you can even hear the motor whine as it spools up and down.

@@Shipwright1918 Great observation, I did a comparison to my original 1947 726 too. It has the sound minus the coffee grinder sound of the motor, LoL

Can definitely hear the whine of the impeller blades, at least to my ear. Have a postwar 736 myself, as well as a few others that have whistle mechs in their tenders. Very nostalgic sound, and I am surprised Lionel went to the trouble of putting in the air whistle sound instead of just dubbing in one of their other whistle recordings from a real steam engine.

@@Shipwright1918 to be honest, I'd prefer a real whistle sound (or the option of one) on this locomotive, but I understand it is a reissue/ tribute 726.. all other sounds are great on it!
