The problem is that Messi does everything from creating chances for his team, making crucial passes and dribbling entire defenses, or actually defending and taking possessions actively, his teammates were incompetent and sloppy. Messi is not to blame. If the pressure and expectations hadn't gotten to him, then his poor teammates' performances will. My man Messi has experienced them all but never got understood as a person and as a football player. He does everything and gets blamed the most. But he still decided to come back and give it another shot. That's why he's always the GOAT. And now he's won it. With an actual good team with star players like di Maria and emi martinez.

The thing with the world cup is... Nobody is gonna argue wether Messi is the best or not, if the WC is conquered by Argentina. Even though, the tournament is more about a team and collective skills, Maradona (from Argentina), lead his country back in the WC México 86, to win the championship. Maradona has the best score and results as a solo player when it comes to WC games. Without Maradona, Argentina wouldn't even reached the semifinals. Nobody has shown the same level on a WC since 1986 and that's why, people debate who's the best between Maradona, Messi, Pele (a Brazilian player who won 3 WC) and any other player. So, despite our generation proclaim Messi as the GOAT, there will always be the World Cup thropie missing from his achievements... All football players dream with winning the world cup... There's no cup or tournament that surpass the WC achievement

If Argentina 🇦🇷 plays like a real team in this FiFA World Cup 2022 Qatar 🇶🇦 I’m damn sure they have a chance to win it absolutely 💯 no doubt about that. In Copa America 2021, they really played like a team, played for each other and see what happened?
