Lionesses' Surprising TikTok Dance Skills & Empowering Girls to play Sports and Football

In this video, girls from our Move Together programme meet Lionesses Rachel Daly, Hannah Hampton and Esme Morgan and put them through their paces learning a TikTok dance they'd choreographed for them. The England Women's players then had a chat with the girls and shared their experiences growing up, the barriers they overcame to play football and the importance of girls being active.
