here's the thing about black's transformation is that unlike other rider's with the exception of amazon. Kamen Rider Black has a monster form which is briefly shown in his transformation and in episode 1 before he transforms into his rider form. since Black is actually a genetically modified human sorta like a cyborg but modified to a genetic level. this concept is later brought back in 2022 Kamen Rider Blacksun in where the first half of the series he transform into his Grasshopper monster form before evolving to his rider form.
