Prayer and casting out demons? Demonic people show up for a short time in church compared to your home (longer time). In any case, remove anything in your home where you rest your head and feel safe that is stopping you from resting, and that threatens your safety. Even spiritual safety. Can demons also attach themselves to my mother-in-law? Because every time my husband brings his mother over to our home to visit, then my husband's personality changes. He's.very attached with is mother, and whenever he brings her over he becomes forgetful, tired, and he can't think clearly. He'll be taking her back to the nursing home and then lose track of time and not come home until late, It's as if something is trying to separate us. But it only seems to happen whenever he brings her over. So I just want to ask, but first a little back story. As a kid I'd have nightmares constantly. And my family and I love to go to Disney. And my dad went to Epcot one day and went to the Japan area and got me this little black owl statue.
