*Update after part 8*, lionheart has since beginning of the Lp Won 10 battles and lost 3 battles. He fought 11 battles himself and auto resolve 2 battles. He killed 18342 men of the enemies and lost 7130 of his own men. *He won/lost:* 4/1 battles with the Dread of the Steppes. Status: alive 6/0 battles with the Bloodletters. Status: alive 1/2 battles with the Steeds of Doom. Status: dead

Hey lionheart, be careful. Those steppe mounted bows do not have parthian shot which enables the 360 degrees shooting (a completely necessary skill). I highly recommend going for the hunnic horse archers with parthian shot instead. All horse archers should have parthian shot, but they do not. I suspect this may get patched soon, but in the mean time you should reconsider which units you recruit.

You can easily see who you're at war with by looking at their faction icons on the campaign map. A bold red outline shows an enemy, white means you're neutral, and a blue outline is for allies.

check your Authority, Cunning and Zeal with generals.. it gives quite a nice buff or debuff depending on the stats.. (you can see it next to the generals picture in the skill tree window)

I think you should wait them out so when they sally out you can use the terrain to your advantage buy luring them into your spears while you flank from the forest and charge the rear with your calvary

Set fire to the buildings around the Towers, then you dont waste a lot of shoots trying to hit the tower. And you get the morale bonus!

I recommend against razing too much; while it will give you immediate extra gold, subjugating them pays off more in the long-term.

No not from what I know when the become a hord then the spawn with around 4 large armies and that's it. At least that's how it's like in barbarian invasion and they look similar ( invasion and atilla )

While playing as the ERE, the Huns appear to be able to simply spam out endless stacks. Can they actually be beaten?

Yes they can, it take ages however, Attila himself must lose 3 times before he is removed from the game, when he is beaten he just spawns back with a full stack

I just waited untill Atilla died, while just defending. He dies in 445 I believe, after that its a lot easier to destroy the Huns. (Was playing as sassanids)
