I gave up and prayed the girl, I loved, away because I was looking at "corn," while being in a state of depression and self-hatred. I wanted her to have a better life, and did not want to hurt her. The way I got this way was because of looking up to others, because my parents decided to stop going to church. The reason why was my dad was angry at God for not healing his older brother. I was born in a christian family, but I was just a child and was not a christian. After not going to church for months to years, I looked up to my family and friends. I watched them, even when they did not know when I was watching. I learned from them. I became an atheist, because I did not know God. I fell hard, it was only after those years did my parents start going back to church and takes us, but the damage was already done. My advice is always be a role model for you children, by not stop teaching them about God and always run and divert your eyes from lust. Lust is like a drug, you can get addicted to it and it will become a bad habit. It will be very hard, throughout your life, to get rid of it.

If you look at a women and say man she has a nice body or catching yourself first looking at a woman’s breasts or butt then this is something you’re struggling with. I say this because this is something I struggled with before myself. I even started to justify it saying I was just admiring the way God created them. I had to check myself and ask myself am I really admiring them or am I lusting and lying to myself. It’s hard to overcome if you allow it to build up and in you. You may have to fast social media and spend that time in Gods word and pray for God to cleanse your mind and your heart and ask God to guide you with this struggle. Check some daily plans that can help you as well like on the Bible app or another app called our daily bread. I wish you the best my friend!

My dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer last year (he was given till August to live but is still alive) and as a result of both of these i've turned to lust to escape from the feelings of loneliness and despair of losing my dad. I lost my dad to pancreatic cancer in 1980 and I'm sorry your family is going through it, too. When I was 30, I was just coming out of a bad marriage and I felt ancient, like I was late for some imaginary race. Looking back now, I see how naive I was thinking I was late. The way I see it, you dodged a bullet by not finding love at too young an age. You're mature enough now, hopefully, to pray for God's guidance and will for your life, partner or no partner.

Something I've realized about my struggle with this is that, I can't be alone during the day. You must be with someone whom you trust and whom you find delight in their company because as the video said, its a secret battle, so you can't be alone in your room all the time, you must go out and be with your friends and family. And if you are going to be alone, then you must pray and worship and spend some diligent time with God. Also, dont be idle, idleness is the one thing that will kill you in your mind. Its always when you have an idle mind that you mind starts to wonder, and then it eventually goes to lustful thoughts. Then those thought turn into actions and you will either end up fornicating or masterbating. Don't be alone, and don't be idle ever. Depending on the extremity of your struggle, you can never leave your thoughts wandering, you must be focused on something pure and holy. YOU CAN'T FACE THIS BATTLE ON YOUR OWN, have people around you that you trust

Read scripture to gain understanding of the truth and that truth is protects us from the enemy and his tactics. Psalm 91 " his truth shall be your shied and buckler" and by all means praying is very important we must be in constant contact with the Lord to build a relationship with him. I'm going through this situation I love God with all my heart within all my soul but when you facing trials and tribulations sometimes it can be difficult it's easy to put yourself in the situation but it's much harder to get yourself out you may have a desire to get rid of your sins and he seemed like the more you get closer to God the more the devil attack you with your weakness well we have to overcome the devil and his tactics

I'm 53 and have been struggling, with this. I have been married for 36 years, my Wife has not been able to have sex with me for the past 3 years. I find myself in situations, when I get the desire for sex. I catch myself looking at pictures of naked women, then it leads to watching things that I know are wrong. I do repent and ask Jesus to forgive me again! While I'm watching it it seems enjoyable, but immediately afterwards, comes the guilt and shame. My earliest remembrance of seeing naked pictures was the age of 5. It has been a weakness, (thorn in the flesh) Let's lift each other up.

Lust is certainly a HUGE issue and one is responsible for their own sin. But causing your wife or husband to stumble is also a sin. How? By deciding at some point in the marriage that you no longer like sex and therefore your spouse shouldn't either! 1 Corinthians 7:5-7 addresses this. Also, people tend to work real hard to keep themselves fit and well dressed so they can attract someone when dating. Then at some point after marriage, daily showers become weekly showers and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, candy bars and pasta become far more important than keeping oneself in decent shape for ones spouse. They simply love the food more than they love their spouse and it's justified by, "Well they should love me however I am." Love them, yes, physically attracted......No. I'm just saying that this can be even more difficult of a battle under certain circumstances. Spouses should work and even sacrifice (food/exercise) to try to attract their mate. Then of course someone's going to say, "Well what happens if I get really sick like cancer or something?" To which I would say, "I can't and I won't are two completely different things, not ever similar." I realize what I just said is not politically correct, but still true. However, there is NEVER a reason to lust, but there can be factors that make it far more difficult to resist. Married couples should understand this and be in the battle together.

This is very difficult to deal with oftentimes. Being single and unmarried, seeing women out and about wearing clothing that wrap around every curve of their butt gets hard not to look at because it's happening more frequent. And occasionally glancing at the same thing online I see in public, it's a struggle. Y'all pray for me. I know lust is wrong and I should stop, but many times it's easier said than done. Especially being single.

Stay strong man. I dont know if this helps, but dont think that being married "fixes" it. Its harder I think for married men like me (32 years). Single guys think that us married guys are satisfied. Hi everyone. Like many people, i have been suffering under the spirit of lust for years and got involved in many sick things.I am 62 now. It was hell to be released, as some know. I tried everything because deep in my heart I want to please Our Father like many others.I found that the Blood of Jesus just as this video mentioned right near the end is the answer. I ask Our Father to please appropriate the merits of the divine blood Our Lord Jesus shed on Calvary for our salvation over the temptation I am experiencing and purify me and create a new heart of purity that is pleasing in Our Father's eyes.I find that out of all the other things I tried in my life that this is the most powerful and enables me to say No .May God bless us all as we strive to be with him forever.
