Knowing that the Lions have Brad Holmes and Dan Campbell makes me feel like they will be good for a long time. They have proven that they know talent and are shrewd judges of character. I also have to tip my cap to Chris Spielman and Shiela Ford. They have turned the Lions 180 degrees. The team is so much fun to watch and route for.

I expect both to stay together for many years and the Lions to stay great for many years to come. They will be able to rebound from the losses of both coordinators eventually leaving for head coaching jobs. They know what they're looking for and communicate so well. I remember watching the video of the Detroit lockeroom DCMC won his first game and I said right there this man can get this turned around. Loved his energy and passion, SO POSITIVE 😉 I GUARENTEE majority of the Lions players like and appreciate Dan as much as he does them. I'm sure there are a few stragglers pissed off about lack of playing time but you can't please everyone......

Shiela Ford is a great owner. Her hiring Chris Spielman and listening to him was her first great decision. Her other great decision was letting the football guys handle football and supporting them 100%.

Dallas would be a much better operation if Jerry would just let his son and others run it, and stay far away.
