No. There is a difference and a reason why Monty starts games when the opposition D is at its freshest and strongest. Gibbs just doesn't run as hard on those tough inside runs. Not a knock on him it's just Monty is that good. Reynolds will be a decent fill in. I'm still optimistic on this team.
