Hi Melanie ❤ Wow this is a lot to take in this time. I’m going to have to watch this video a few more times to process it. I’ve been out of touch for a while dealing with illness and injuries. It’s hard to get back in tune when I’ve been out of touch spiritually and emotionally for so long. Any advice you can share for easing back into spiritual consciousness is greatly appreciated 🌞👍❤️
