There not gonna help the calf because its nature, but they have no issues using the vehicles to block the heard from being able to protect the calf, as long as they could get their pictures and videos . One of the buffalo cows had a huge mass or hernia under her belly. Interesting to see she was also one of the most aggressive in the herd. Possibly because she knows she could be an easy target but I also noticed she had a young calf she was protecting (hers was not the calf that got killed). Great video

People in those silly vehicles caused the confusion that kept the other buffalos from coming back to rescue the calf. They were like other "lions" blocking the view and distracting the buffalo while the real lions killed without obstruction. Man. Mother Nature did not play out here.

Only reason the lions got a calf was there were so many cars surrounding them, that the buffalo couldn’t see them. One of the buffalo had a massive tumor on the underside of its belly. Something tells me they won’t live long
