I love sea lions and seals. They are my favorite animals.

Well done. I say this having done numerous research cruises / expeditions over the years of the late 90s through 2013 on both sea lions and fur seals from Prince William Sound to the west end of the Aleutians (Attu Island) and points in between including Bristol Bay (walrus country,) Bogoslof Island (which is essentially a volcano that blows itself apart every few decades after only having been born in the early 20th century.. These are fascinating creatures. The fur seals breed and pup in the Pribilofs and Bogoslof on the Bering Sea and then take Seguam Pass back into the North Pacific, wintering as far south as San Francisco in the North Pacific. Lead NOAA biologist Lowell Fritz (Sand Point NOAA Base) told me on one such charter the story of a fur seal pup that missed the turn and was radio-telemetry-tracked all the way over in Siberia where it had worked down the coast and after many months eventually hooked up with the herd again, a journey well over 8000 nautical miles. Thanks for the excellent video and bringing back some exceptional memories.

Definitely not lovable you've obviously never spent any time or tried to work around these animals there's to many of them and the ecosystems they overpopulate connot support them.thank God the sharks are coming back in force.even tho there numbers are way overwhelming from Greenpeace lobbyists and tree huggers nature has a way of controlling its populations.

Uhh. I know this KZbin channel didn’t produce or narrate or have anything to do with this documentary or any other already existing documentaries being uploaded on here that are owned and produced by the actual networks like National Geographic and bbc etc , but ima say it anyway ... this music and the way the narrator goes on and on in the beginning where they’re trying to be all edgy or action packed , with dude and that typically annoying gritty trying to come off all block busted film voice like so many of the same sounding narrators in American docs is just so irritating to Listen to. I know this channel only uploads these existing vids to plaster annoying ads during And subject viewers to having to deal with a plethora of ads , while they change titles and make these bogus descriptions up to avoid copyright infringement & get away with profiting off dumb ads but anytime I see content like this , it annoys me when it could just easily be well narrated In an authentic way , not with all the horrible TRYING to be trendy and edgy bs music and horrible voice narrating and easily could just document the wildlife and let that be the focal point but no , they have to show every random thing that should have remained “ behind the scenes footage “ for a reason ... give me a well narrated doc. That isn’t fixated on all these ppl and their equipment and camera time & only shows the lifestyle and behaviors and mannerisms and survival skills etc. of the actual animals being captured and I’m happy but not this junk. They ruin it. Not to mention how it really takes away from decent content when a random person on KZbin tries to selfishly profit and benefit off plastering other peoples content and property on their dang KZbin “ channel “ even though they dang sure don’t give credit to the actual ones who make and own the content that they don’t even have permission to upload just exploits content for their own selfish financial gain ..

Unbelievable how naive you could be as to not know what happened to sea lions in Russia and Japan, I just seen a video on this channel how they hunt and eat whales. It’s no wonder you can’t find the bones of them. I’m sorry but come on. I also recently watched a video where a guy said that they eat rats, bats, snakes and the other was something that looked like a skunk. I actually seen him catch and eat all of them, I couldn’t believe what I was watching. He said it’s high in nutrition. It’s absolutely disgusting absolutely disgusting. For those of you who are gonna say they are poor blah blah blah go fishing, I see one guy catch a chicken in the same country so please don’t even waste time typing because there’s nothing anyone can say to me that would make me not think it’s disgusting. The diseases that bats carry especially the animals be that suck blood out of other animals, I’m sorry there’s nothing that can be said to change my mind IT IS GROSS

We as humankind should never cause an animal to go extinct, but let’s no judge other humans elsewhere for what they eat for meat as compared to what we eat for meat. What kind of meat is available to what geography varies.

Let me guess, you live in a Westernized country and have plenty to eat all the time, so since you don't have to worry about food, you have time to sit on your computer or phone complaining about the society that allows you to live your entitled life and pass judgements on people you've never met based on their diet.
