In hindsight, a good assessment. You just got the score flipped. The one strategy most pundits didn't cover that i thought would win the game for the packers was to run the ball 50 times. It's the lions biggest weakness right now and the Packers didn't exploit it. They opened the second half running the ball down the lion's throat and couldn't be stopped. They never did it again. As a Lions fan I was happy about that!

The quality difference between the NFC North and all the other Divisions is striking. The next closest is the AFC West, and we're still five wins ahead. Even if we leave out the Bears losing record, the top three still beat the whole AFC West by 1 win, and our losses have largely been among ourselves as you said. Look at the Packers losses throughout the season; each one but for the Lions was a loss by 5 or less, and often only a FG. No blowouts. The Lions won by 14, which was a pretty good thumping, but its also interesting to look at the stats of that game for context. The Packers did better in both passing and rushing yardage, more first down conversions, and other assorted stats are near the same, even clock management. The difference was the Lions did better in the red zone and made their big plays when it counted and earned points, where as the Packers were not able to leverage their stats into scores. I think the Lions extensive injury list and the Packers progressive recovery and refinement since a month ago will make all the difference. Still it's going to be a struggle, and that Lions crowd is going to be a factor. I put the Packers ahead by a FG, perhaps in overtime. That would raise Brandon MacManus' cred with the team even more. I so wish he'd been with us from the start of the season.

If Decker isnt playing, they can put in Colby Sordsial or Christian Mahogany,Detroit has depth, plus they just signed 4 players to shore up the defense, nothing to worry about

The Lions are beatable. If the Packers can stay in this and just finish we have a "W"👍

I want them to beat the Lions, BUT if they can only beat them once, I'd rather it'd be in the playoffs. I think that the Packers have a VERY good chance to win on Thursday due to all of the defensive injuries BUT I won't put down a score prediction because I can't prognosticate worth a darn. Go Pack Go!

Lions have way too many injuries, the worse being Decker. Goff has not been as great since Decker has been injured. If the Lions manage to win you know they'll be unbeatable in the playoffs. The Packers should be able to pull this off.
