When you consider our injuries, we played a great game. I have stage 4 cancer, and I tell my friends I have to keep fighting to see our team win the Super Bowl. He told me he was rooting against the Lions so I would live longer. I set him straight by telling him then I can fight to see the Lions win back-to-back Super Bowls, you dummy. Difference in tonights game was in the first quarter. The first two lions possessions that ended up being a 14-0 deficit. In a game like this, you can't go 3 and out.

Bills defense was severely depleted. We needed Josh and the offense to go off and they did. They had their best game of the year on offense because they knew they had to. What a game. Two best teams in the league in my minds. Our teams have been the laughing stock of the league for decades. With the onside kick rules, the chances of getting your ball back are almost nil now. It should be used as a last resort, last ditch effort. You don't use it only down 10 points with about 12 min to play, and with that kind of field position. That was terrible coaching, period.

There are better options on a great team to get the ball back. You have to trust the defense to do that, and punt the ball there. Ben Johnson is supposed to be the guy playing the numbers game, and if he's smart, which he is, he lets Dan know how likely it is to grab the onside, so...the problem is Dan isn't good with numbers and doesn't take advice from someone who is. He'd better pull his head out of his A$$ before the playoffs or it's one and done.
