At the end of the day, as a coach, you have to know what your players are capable of. Goff is who he is. The fact that there were 55 pass attempts and only 27 running attempts is CRAZY when Goff is your quarterback and D-Mo and Gibbs are your runningbacks. RUN THE BALL!!

I only saw James Houston in on one play and he was double teamed, thx AG. Jack Campbell actually made a tackle for a loss but he's terrible in zone coverage. Why is he out there? Jack was Lost in Space all day. AG still has no answer for a running QB

They all get the blame. St. Brown, Goff, Johnson, Campbell, all of them. The offense particularly seems to have spent the off season reading too much of their own positive press. This loss should knock them down a notch and maybe refocus them.

I put most the blame on Ben. Why are we asking Goff to throw the ball 55 times in a game where we were never down by more than 4 points and the run was working? Ben outthought himself.

To sum up the game, bad game by golf, offense line, blocking can be better, play calling could be better, but all that , they still had chances to win. They will be fine

I definitely thought Ben Johnson called some bad plays but I believe the team was just flat for whatever reason and think that had some affect on the play calling as the o-line missed blocks they normally don't.

Key thing man, Ben Johnson didn’t update his playbook. We played 2 teams that faced us in the playoffs and they had us figured out. Preseason should have been used to try out different sets in different situations. We need to go into free agency and pick up a wideout. Go get a vet like Julio Jones, cheap but could help

Appreciate your levelheadedness, EK. You know what makes this loss easy to stomach, at least for me, is that the Lions cost themselves this W. I don’t think the Bucs showed some outstanding resistance and outclassed us. Like the Ravens’ game last season. That was a legit loss, lol. This game was more like we’re off our stuff, let’s lock in for the next one.

Plenty to blame in any loss or victory. Lots of things to clean up in this game. Too many Guys on the field for the penalty, play calling at times. Redzone going 1-7. defensively had a few opportunities and have some things they can improve on. Learn and on to the next. Go lions

People don’t wanna blame Ben but when Glenn gave up 1 big play they want him fired still. Defense kept us in both games. Goff is getting paid big bucks I want him to be a leader and get us some touchdowns lol

The Lions played smash mouth to burn the clock last week. Ben Johnson's been so conservative this year and it shows. Over 50 passes but most were short yardage. Bucs Dee kept everything in front of them. Bucs like Rams were so beat up and Lions still lost. Lions played zone all day badly. Jack is always Lost in Space. Tampa pass interfered and got away with it on Goff's first INT. Refs sure watch Arnold differently than everyone else. I think the long term season plan is to keep the RBs healthy. Instead of running them into the ground the first half of the season they will the last half of the season. Ben Johnson has never called a complete good game. There is no reason why that offense doesn't put up at least 34 points a game. I hate that stupid delayed, slow motion, "here take it" hand off they do several times a game. It gives the D a good 2 second head start on smashing our RBs. Looks like peewee football out there

Bucs played tight coverage. They hit Lions WRs. Blame St Brown if you need to blame someone. That had to be the worst game of his life. How many drops and letting the DB get the Int, damn. Tampa played defense the way it should be played. Hope Aaron Glenn was taking notes.
