@BeFit I had started following this routine about 7 months ago. In the beginning it felt way too tiring. But today I am so comfortable doing it that I have added more burpies, squats, jumping jacks, mountain climbers to my routine. I am so glad that I chose this routine of all. In the first couple of months I wasn't sure whether it was working for me, but my clothes started 'telling' me the results after the third month. I had this shirt that was way too small for me, and today It fits really well. I truly want to thank BeFit, Scott Herman and the entire team. Thanks guys. U Rock!!!

Hey just wanted to let everyone know that I did this workout for 2 weeks after going into a 1 month contest at work for who could lose the most weight, after the first 2 weeks I lost not 1 lbs , after everyone laughed at me I set out to prove everyone wrong, so I looked up workout , I doubted this video at first , but after the first workout I was soaked, so for 2 weeks monday - thursday i did this workout at night around midnight or 2am depending when I got off work , and I ran in the mormings , I ate for the most part healthy (no soda, and I even ate out on the weekends so it isn't horrible) . The day of the weigh in I tied another coworker for 39 lbs lost, I weighed 260 on the entry , and on the weigh in I was at 221 , I couldn't believe it , but put in the work and anything is possible !

Total bullshit. It's not even possible to lose that much weight in such a short amount of time! 39lbs and you wrote you haven't lost any weight during the first week, so you had 21 days left. So this would mean around 1,9lbs a day - you need to burn extra 7.000 calories for 2 lbs - so you would have had to burn them EACH DAY. If you are a big, muscular and active young man, you may burn up to 3.000 kcal from the beginning - but even that would leave 4.000 kcal for sports each day, which would mean 8,5 hours of this work out each day - without one bite of food to eat. Which is virtually impossible. So total bullshit!

I had really lost my shape as i had stopped working out due to job and family responsibilities. I was into weight training for 4 continuous years before and after i lost shape, I could not watch myself in the mirror. I then made up my mind and started looking for good circuit exercises to tone my body. Trust me this is by far one of the best training routines to really strengthen and tone your core. I did this workout for the first time today. It was tough, but I got through it. Scott Herman is a great instructor and he really gets people motivated, at home and on camera. I think Scott is my new favorite male fitness instructor. I can't wait to do some of Scott's other workouts!

Nice workout but not level 1 at all! If you can do this through, your not a level 1. Just the burpees are at least intermediate level.

StudiosDelirium Imo even beginners can do burpees. At least I could when I first started working out. I mean if course in the beginning you won't be able to keep up with them. Do it at your own pace, that's totally fine. I still can't keep up with them (maybe I could if I actually worked out more than I do). Also keep in mind that these are the easier version of burpees. I myself still can't do the one that includes push ups. That's intermediate for sure

I thought that the high knees and jumping jacks but this workout took it to a whole new level with the burpees! I have never seen them done so fast. I stopped trying to keep up after 10 seconds....with 50 seconds still left to go! Any "advanced" exercisers who think that because this level 1 workout will be easy, think again!!

Hi Scott. I remember doing this exercises back in high school and kept doing the same routine all through college while practicing MA. However, as years passed by I stopped doing this routine and ate alot. I mean alot and started to gain weight and my fitness lost. However after seeing this video, I wanted to regain that fitness if not the fit body I had back then. It will be hard I will admit however I know the challenge will be worth it. +CrazyGamerIsCrazy This workout does work great. I lost about 12 kilos in the past 6 months. Now, I do this routine twice a day as it takes hardly 20 minutes. I have also increased the number of times they do the exercises. Thus, it has become a 30 minute routine for me. Do follow it if you are looking for some shredding.

Its helping me lose weight. Push as hard as you can. You DO NOT have to keep up with them. Take rests and breath. Don't give up try each exercise. Focus on form not speed and you will definitely see results.
