THANK YOU SO MUCH for leading an entire workout video without any kind of body shaming language whatsoever. So many trainers and class leaders can't resist throwing in phrases about how this is going to make your butt look great, this is going to burn the fat right off your belly, etc., etc. Obviously I'm participating in this because I have some fitness goals, but it is very refreshing not to battle off the subliminal messages that my body doesn't look good as it is. THANK YOU!!!

I mean Im an athlete and if im training with someone who is more proficient at a certain skill i dont feel ashamed if they say this exercise will make you faster or stronger. if i took the same perspective as you are doing in this comment then i would be offended anytime anyone had anything to say to me that honestly was to help me improve. thats not a healthy perspective. at the end of your feelings is nothing, but at the the end of every principle and continuous habit is a promise. as you develop your physical fitness develop your emotional fitness as well. namaste

Since we've been told to stay home due to the virus to help flatten the curve I've been doing these workouts everyday! This morning I was a bit disappointed in myself because after three weeks of doing these fun popsugar work outs I haven't lost any weight (I realize that diet is the biggest obstacle for me), however just now I discovered that I was able to do the push up and rotates without any modification! Before I always needed to modify. I immediately got over my disappointment and am now proud of the progress I made! I'm going to focus on being stronger for myself physically and mentally. Losing weight (and hopefully all the negativity I put on myself) will now just be the bonus :)

The most important thing is to get used to it. Being fit, losing weight is a question of time so don't be disappointed at all. I'm losing weight now after 7 weeks, already around 8 pounds less. And I agree with you, now I can do some exercises that I couldn't even imagine a few months ago. Congrats from Spain

I am focusing on the same. I don't care about losing weight, I know I have a fairly good diet, yes there is room for improvements, always. But for me now is about getting stronger and about moving more my body. I just realised that since I have memory I have been disappointed with my body. I look at myself 15 years ago I think I was so skinny how it comes that my memories about my image at that time it's completely different. In the late 90's and early 2000 there wasn't at all this big conversation about body positivity. I wish there was. I feel that my journey about accepting my body has started at 36...I am a bit overweight now but I just want to be fit and stronger. And actually, I want to keep my nice curves and just toning. :-) and feel amazing in my own skin.

Don't always go by the number on the scale either. I did P90X and lost some weight but gained definition. The fact your improving your strength means your already successful regardless of the number.

I do this workout twice a day, 14 times in a week. I eat clean and walk for 30 mints(3-4times) a week and I lost 2 kgs in a week. and total 10 kgs in 40 days. 26 kgs more to go. 😀😀

Gatineau Sparks Hey! Sorry for the late reply. It took me about three days to build up the endurance and be able to do the entire workout but that was with the easier variations of the workouts i.e. putting your knees down for pushups. The first day, I could only do around 18 minutes of the workout then the next day I did 25 then the next I did the whole thing. I was gradually built up to doing the "hard" version in about a week and a half. That was with eating healthy - Chicken, White rice, and Beans and a lot of water! I have dropped down to 178 now and loving it. You can do it, believe me. This is coming from a 25 y/o dude who hadn't worked out since his prime years in high school. The first day you will feel like shit but keep going and eventually you will love to sweat! Good luck, and if you have any questions please do ask away.

Unfortunately, I didnt take any measurements but I did see a huge difference in my waist and stomach. I do not think I gained any muscle but I did get stronger. I did this exercise off and on till feb 23rd when I went to bootcamp. I started at around 194 if I remember correctly and ended at 178. I would like to add though that I was on a caloric deficit diet. I was getting around 1500 calories a day along with drinking a lot of water.

I´ve been following popsugar on almost daily base for more than a year, and even though I haven´t lost much weight, my body has improved considerably in shape and strenght. I love the variety of the popsugar videos: dance, pilates, kickboxing... and even though I have my favorite videos, I always like to try out a new one once a week or so. Popsugar exercises (and a cold shower afterwards) are a great way to start the day with energy and to keep fit and with good vitality, especially when you are over 50.

Sweating like no tomorrow. This is my kinda workout! I do 5-6 workouts with Popsugar a week. Have been doing it for 4 weeks, and have lost 1.5 inches off my waist. I'm a size 8, so it's a slow process, but hard work pays off. Although I don't have too much to lose, I'm finally getting rid of that skinny fat look that I dreaded and the hips are getting smaller! I really liked how she kept talking throughout each workout. Whenever I try to workout on my own, I end up getting unmotivated and giving up the exercise altogether, so she really helped me to stay focused on doing each move correctly and thinking about my end goal instead of how I feel right now. Also, I was surprised at how quick but deep each exercise went. 30 minutes has never felt faster-and better!!

Gunjan Bansal There is another one, you can type in 'Best Exercises for Burning calories XHIT' and it will come up with a thumbnail saying 'Burn 1 million calories'. I do that one. As well as '9 Exercises for a Flat Stomach', if you type that in. Both by XHIT. I do these two as well as the one in the video daily or alternate days. Hope I helped you. 😀😀

Anna, I have been picking up pounds as I have turned 50. I have always exercised regularly but nothing seemed to be working to rid me of those extra 15. I don't know what made me try Pop sugar workouts but I did. I have never liked doing the same workout every day so I decided to try pop sugar since there are many workouts. I am proud to say that you motivated me and with dietary changes and your workouts I have lost 14 lbs, (goal is 15 but I will settle for more!) I loved all the moves but they killed me ! XP i did this for 30 days and i got to my goal weight so i recommend you try this workout if you want to lose weight :)

I am glad that this work out is working for you, but if you are only 12 then your body is still growing. If you want to lose weight I would make sure you are eating the right nutrients and doing exercise but don't judge yourself based on weight. Look for decrease in stomach diameter as you get taller instead.

Whew! Good one! I am trying to get back on a regular schedule and this felt challenging and just the right length. I have always been active - fit - but the older I get(56) , the more (regular) work it takes to really stay lean, strong and toned. Thanks! I've enjoyed others by you, too.

I recently started doing this I've been at it for about a week and a half and I lost ten pounds, I also play volleyball twice a week and switched my diet to only water and milk (almond milk) and cutting out fatty foods I'm am so happy with the results and I'm going to keep working
