The twist in the last movie was O’Shea’s character being the REAL Mastermind behind the heist. Seen in this one, Gerard’s character is supposedly “fired” from being a Cop. Now what if he’s playing him to join the heist to capture O’Shea’s character as part of a deal to get his Cop Title back? Or unless he is being serious about being fired and wants to turn to crime considering he basically was a criminal just with a badge last movie? Granted, Den of Thieves definitely didn’t need a sequel but I’m interested

Gotta say the writers did a fantastic job and made a fresh heist movie. Without getting caught up in the genre. Not easy to accomplish. And fanatic idea of easing in French cinematography where you would have standard hollywood action angles and cuts. There needs to be more movies in this vein...
