Bro I visited Albuquerque on my bday 4th of July last year stayed at my friends house i went for a cruz on my Onewheel it’s battery and it died at that park what I thought was a park when friends pick me up they told me it wasn’t a park it was where they found them bodys and built that memorial for them body they found crazy a yr later they making a movie about it and it came out today on 4th of july

This is very scary, and was happening way before 2009. I remember one of my neighbors. Here in Albuquerque. She was only 16 years old back in the 1990's. They found her remains up on the 9 mile hills (westside of ABQ) 10 years later. So sad😢

Honestly, I'm from Albuquerque. Born and raised. I had no idea they were making this movie- unfortunately, neither did the families of the victims. It looks like it's going to be a good, solid movie- but this really happened. The families should've, at the very least, been notified this was happening. The mother of one of the victims was crying on the news. She had no idea until the trailer played on her TV.

What a tragic story about all these young women and a child. Yeah - it's movie but its also a true story based on women with families. We used to live a few blocks away from where they found the remains of these young women. What a sad day. The other Housing Communities weren't built just yet. It was still an empty landscape. Yet - PLEASE remember, they are all someone's baby girl, daughter, sister, mom and aunt. I pray they will all find Peace one day as well as their families 💔😔🙏🏻🦋❤️
