You mentioned Lithium Batteries, but wouldn't those be classed under Corrosive due to the acid in the batteries?

Hi Jon-Great question! Unlike some other batteries, lithium batteries do not contain acid. They contain lithium ions suspended in an electrolyte solution (typically a lithium/salt solution). The ions move between an anode and cathode to charge and/or power your device, vehicle, etc. @JonFromWA On the other hand: Lead acid batteries (like most car batteries) ARE classified as Class 8, CORROSIVE in transportation.
