@glaxb172 жыл бұрын
@@MrHowzaa This is because they do not live in their wild environment (wild cats live alone as a tiger would) it's obvious that in the city they will all find themselves together rummaging through some dumpsters or waiting for someone to bring them food (but this is because they have no education hunting since they are abandoned domestic cats, but most of all, their not have a ideal environment around, so in any case are forced in this direction to survive) in a nutshell, we no longer live in cities full of mice like in the 18th century (therefore it is very difficult for them to survive in that environment without external help) So, they adapt according to the environment as indeed every creature does...

This was great, highly informative! I've been watching animal documentaries since Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom was a thing, but I never noticed until today that lions are the only cats with a tufted tail .And I've always wondered why over the millennia, other African big cats like cheetah & leopard never learned teamed up to form prides. Esp.the cheetah -- their bodies are so fragile that they cant' really defend themselves against attackers well. But having a troupe of 4 or 5 together would allow them to keep the hyenas from stealing their meals & possibly fend off a lone lion that came after their cubs.
