I knew a little bit of Bobby Mc Ferrin but this performance is genius. The way he has full control over his voice, the way he's so liberated about it, free like a bird, so emotionnaly connected with other musicians... extraordinary people. Now I can see so much of Bobby Mc Ferrin's influence of Jacob Collier... he spoke about this performance in an interview. the little bird at the end, the liberated voice... even the way Bobby Mc Ferrin engages with the audience in other performances.

I love this song so much🙂! When my family was going through hard times and we fortunately had a home but barely enough money for food and clothes, my parents would always sing me to sleep with this song. We are still in hard times but we've gotten through most, thank the Lord! Even though we are still having money problems, we are rich in love!!❤

Starting on 01:13 is spontaneous improv from McFerrin. This little improv of his show his complete and utter control and mastery of his instrument i.e. his voice. It's so flowy and easy for him.
