MARLO yes that is so important! In the past, I had smaller trays that were just a little too tight and they would shrink my tubes from the heat of the lip balm mix. When I would try and cap, my caps wouldn’t fit anymore!

@9:58 I am currently using the solid white lip balm tray on the left. I find that when I take the cured lip balms out of the tray, they have sort of a flat mushroom top on them. Have you noticed this when you used that tray? It seems that this is happening because when you push the lip balm tube into the tray, there is a little space at the top and it forms the flat mushroom top. Do you know how this can be prevented? Thank you!

I was really excited to get my own tray buy unfortunately even after sending in my tubes to test, the tray damaged my tubes so the caps won't close and now the company is accusing me of using different tubes than I sent in and saying that I'm lying. I was hopeful for the product, and I think it could be a great tray. Have had horrible experiences with the company customer service however, which makes me not want to purchase any more equipment from them as I grow my business. These are expensive tools, and I understand that mistakes happen, but I can't be accused of lying and still support that company. It's really a shame because I've loved watching your videos using their products and wish that this experience had been better.
