Dang....finally I know at least 1 band on my mixed tape from high school. Still a few are a mystery. I blasted this tape everyday so often in my punker youth. In public especially walking about, skateboarding, or hanging out with punker friends drinking beer. Wish I knew the other 80s bands. I think some were German and Japanses.

to me Lip Cream were the kings of Japanese HC for the 1984-1990 era. all the live footage of them I've seen is way tighter than G.I.S.M or Systematic Death. Considering the greatness of the bands from this era that says a lot. This album is a fuckin masterpiece, pure greatness on display.

ジャンルは何ていうんですかね？ これをパンクにしてしまうと僕の中でパンクのハードルが上がり過ぎてしまう。 だって一般的なパンクミュージックって「若気のいたり」であれば何でも良いのが裏目に出て、 ポップスと変わらない音楽が殆どじゃないですか？ ハードコアですかね。 少なくともグラインドコアみたいなサウンドルールの意識はない。 彼ら(初期グラインドコア)もそんなルール気にしてはないでしょう。 「俺らが考えた最強の音楽がこれだ！」 です。 ネットで統率されてない、 センスだけで演者もリスナーもコミュニティを作って行ったいい時代です！
